Spectrum Geriatric Care Management approaches the care of your elderly loved ones just a bit differently.

First, we listen to your wants, needs and desires before assessing your elderly or disabled family member.  The initial assessment provides a starting point for measuring progress and becomes critical for navigating the often complicated healthcare system.

Once a plan is developed and implemented, your Geriatric Care Manager will periodically reassess your family member to make sure they are getting the best possible care on an ongoing basis.
